Where can I get help with fixing or maintaining my unit?
EvoHeat's products are designed to be low maintenance for the lifetime of the product, typically 15-20 years. Therefore don't expect much hassle with anything. If you do run into any issues, in the first instance give us a call on 1300 859 933. We will initially provide over the phone troubleshooting support and if this doesn't resolve the issue we will send out a technician to take a look at it.
