By submitting this form, you confirm your understanding of our terms and conditions.
You accept that the owner is solely responsible for all associated expenses if the unit is outside the warranty period or if faults arise from factors such as improper use, incorrect installation, or lack of proper care and maintenance, even if no fault is identified with the EvoHeat product. These conditions include, but are not limited to:

1. Natural Disasters (hail, lightning, flood, fire, etc.)


2. Damage resulting from any animal or creature (including vermin, reptiles, and insects)


3. Rust or damage to exterior coatings, materials, and cabinet caused by corrosive atmosphere or weather/environmental conditions.


4. When serviced by an unauthorised person without the permission of Evo Industries.


5. When a unit is installed by an unqualified person.


6. When failure occurs due to improper or incorrect installation.


7. Where failure occurs due to the failure of any other equipment connected in relation to the EvoHeat unit (e.g., power supply)


8. Where failure occurs due to improper maintenance or misuse (refer to Operating Instructions).


9. Where the unit has not had its general maintenance service performed by a certified plumber as outlined in the product manual. Proof of this service will be required for warranty claims beyond the specified years.


10. ‘No Fault Found’ service calls where the perceived problem is explained within the operation instructions.


11. Costs associated with delivery, handling, freighting, or damage to the product in transit.


12. Where the unit has been relocated from its originally installed location.

In addition, owners consent to EvoHeat reviewing the current and historical status of the installed WiFi-enabled EvoHeat product through our online remote service portal.
