The Federal Government Promotes Heat Pump Technology to Reduce Emissions

The Federal Government released a technology investment roadmap this week which examines and suggests 140 technologies as viable options to produce productivity among vital industries and reduce emissions.

The Coalition targets a 26-28 percent reduction in emissions by 2030 and promotes new eco-friendly technologies as the solution.

For homeowners looking to reduce emissions; heat pump pool heaters, smart appliances and inverter HVAC units (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) are all a supported option and are aiming for a cost benefit within 10 years.
