$500 Cashback Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this offer is Evo Industries Australia.

2. Promotion Period

• Commences Monday 2nd February 2026.
• This is a limited time offer, available only while stocks last.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligible Products
This promotion applies only to the following EvoHeat pool heat pump models, purchased from the 2nd February 2026:
• Evo Force-i Pro series
• Evo Apex series
• No other models are eligible.

4. Offer Details
Eligible pool owners will receive $500 cashback on the purchase of an eligible product, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Eligibility
• Customer must complete a pool heat evaluation form.

• Customers must purchase an eligible product at full retail price during the promotion period.

• Customer must have the heat pump installed before they claim the $500 cash back offer.

• Customer must provide proof of purchase.

• Customer must provide their evaluation number.

• Customer must provide a copy of their rates notice.

• Customer must provide a photo of their installed heat pump.

• This offer is available to end customers only and is not transferable.

• Cashback is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products.

• Offer is available to Australian residents only. Eligible products must be purchased and installed in Australia.

6. Claim Requirements
To be eligible for cashback, customers must submit a valid claim via the official online cashback form and provide:
• Proof of purchase (tax invoice/receipt)

• Copy of rates notice

• Photo of installed heat pump

• Product serial number

• Evaluation number

• Details of the retailer or supplier from whom the product was purchased

• Details of the installer who installed the product

•  Incomplete or inaccurate claims may be rejected.

7. Claim Deadline
Cashback claims must be submitted within three (3) months of the purchase date shown on the proof of purchase. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

8.Payment of Cashback
• Approved cashback claims will be paid via direct deposit to the customer’s nominated Australian bank account.

• Cashback payments will be processed within two (2) weeks of claim approval.

• The promoter is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details supplied by the claimant.

9. Exclusions & Combinations
• This cashback offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, rebate, or offer, unless expressly stated by the promoter.

10.Verification & Fraud
The promoter reserves the right to verify all claims, including contacting retailers or installers. Any claim found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.

11.General
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.
